Setup a Hyper-V lab and use microsoft iSCSI target to provide storage!

I read this the other day and just wanted to give a link to my readers to checkout this great little writeup by Aidan Finn. He walked you though creating a free SAN using Windows 2008R2. I wasn’t aware they had released this code beyond windows storage server 2008. Apparently this is a free download and is based on the “Stringbean” software  (Which Microsoft acquired some time ago: http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Data-Storage/Microsoft-Stakes-Out-String-Beans-iSCSI-Storage/)
